I had the pleasure of visiting this hidden gem, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations! From the exceptional service to the cozy and inviting atmosphere, this restaurant truly offers a memorable dining experience.
Frank and Pitsy, who met in Chiang Mai Thailand, moved to Boise in 2018. After years of working in the restaurant industry they decided to make their dream a reality and open up their own, truly authentic, Thai restaurant and bring the flavors of Thailand to Idaho. Their homemade recipes will tantalize your taste buds and leave you craving for more!
To start off, we savored the appetizers: Crispy Rolls, Roti & Curry, and Coconut Shrimp. The rolls were generously filled with fresh veggies and served with a delectable dipping sauce. The Roti & Curry impressed us with its harmonious blend of textures and flavors, while the Coconut Shrimp delighted our taste buds with its crispy and juicy goodness.
Moving on to the main course, we relished Chicken Pad Thai, Tom Yum Koong, and Pineapple Fried Rice. The Pad Thai had an authentic Thai taste, striking the perfect balance between sweetness and savory flavors. The Pineapple Fried Rice, a delightful combination of juicy shrimp, succulent pineapple, and fragrant jasmine rice, left us craving for more.
To conclude our meal, we indulged in Sticky Rice with fresh Mangoes on top. This sweet and sticky treat with a tropical twist was the perfect ending to our Thai culinary adventure.
