About Cait | Boise Influencer & Lifestyle Content Creator

boisesocialite

Hey there, I'm Caitlin, but you can call me Cait!

I’m the creator behind Boise Socialite, a Boise lifestyle blog and local content creator platform where I share my favorite places to eat, drink, shop and explore around Boise, the Treasure Valley and beyond. I live in Meridian with my husband, Skylar, and you can usually find me trying a new restaurant, meeting friends for happy hour, finding a really good cocktail or checking out a local event.

I’m originally from California, but I moved to Idaho as a teenager, so I’ve called it home for a very long time. Boise is a place I genuinely love sharing, especially because there is always something new opening or a local business I think more people need to know about.

What You’ll Find Here

Boise Socialite started as a way for me to share the places and experiences I was already loving, and over time it’s grown into a mix of everything I actually enjoy in real life. You’ll find Boise restaurant openings, happy hours, wineries, local shopping, events, travel, fashion and plenty of things to do around the Treasure Valley.

As a Boise content creator and lifestyle blogger, I share the places, products and experiences I genuinely enjoy. Boise will always be the main focus, but I also love sharing more of Idaho and taking you along on trips beyond the Treasure Valley.

Want to Work Together?

I love working with restaurants, local businesses, hotels, events and brands looking to partner with a Boise influencer or Idaho content creator. Whether it’s a new restaurant, an event, a hotel stay, a product or a trip, I want the content to feel like something I’d genuinely be excited to share anyway.

Partnerships can include Reels, Stories, TikTok, photography, blog features, travel coverage and more. If you think we’d be a good fit, email me at boisesocialite@gmail.com.

A Little More About Me

Outside of Boise Socialite, I’m also the owner of Get Social With Cait, a social media agency I started in 2021. What began as me helping businesses figure out their social media has grown into a full agency with a team, our own office in Meridian and clients throughout the Treasure Valley and beyond.

At Get Social With Cait, we help businesses take social media off their plate through content creation, strategy and full social media management. Social Media Management I also offer one-on-one social media coaching for business owners who want to manage their own accounts but need a little direction, strategy or help figuring out what they should actually be doing online. 1-on-1 Social Media Coaching. Teaching has also become a really fun part of what I do. I teach social media and content creation classes and work with businesses, organizations and groups on workshops, trainings and speaking engagements. Classes Workshops, Classes & Speaking

Social media has obviously become a pretty big part of my life between the agency and Boise Socialite, but I genuinely love getting to experience both sides of it. With Get Social With Cait, I help businesses tell their story and create a social presence that actually feels like them, while Boise Socialite lets me discover those businesses, try new places and share what I think is worth knowing about.

ADHD + Real Life

I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, and it was one of those things that suddenly made so much of my life make sense. The way I manage time, get overwhelmed, hyperfocus on something for hours and then completely forget another thing exists suddenly had an explanation.

Since then, I’ve become a lot more open about ADHD, mental health and what it actually looks like trying to manage both while running a business, creating content and just keeping up with normal life. Some days I feel incredibly productive and like I have everything together. Other days, a five minute task will somehow sit on my to do list for two weeks. If you have ADHD, you probably get it.

I don’t share any of it because I have all the answers. I definitely don’t. I share it because hearing other women talk about their experiences helped me understand myself better, especially after being diagnosed later in life. If something I share makes someone else feel seen, laugh at themselves a little or realize they’re not the only person whose brain works that way, then I’m glad I talked about it.
