Crave Restaurant and Bar in Eagle, Idaho is one of my favorite places to eat near Boise! Ya’ll know I love discovering new places to relax and explore in our neighborhood, and I love Crave because they’ve got such a cool vibe, It’s a great place to hang out with friends or a perfect date night, and it has quite literally the best food!
One of my favorite things about Crave Restaurant is its rooftop seating area. It has such a cool view of the mountains and the Treasure Valley.
I also love that they’ve got some couches and tables up there and heaters on the back wall in case it gets chilly during the cooler months.
I love the atmosphere—it’s not overly fancy, but it’s very chic!
Large and in Charge Cocktails
When you go to Crave, you should try one of their specialty cocktails!
My favorite is the “Devil You Know Rita,” which is made with tequila, damiana liquor, fresh lime, passion fruit, habanero, and pink salt rim.
Their specialty drinks are huge, so make sure to share a few with your friends or order one at a time if you’re going solo!
Food Rec’s
Tuna tartare guacamole is one of my favorite appetizers- it’s so good! And I always get the honey chipotle pork shank for dinner. It’s so yummy and so filling!
The tortilla soup was also ah-mazing! It had salted cheese on top, which added a nice texture and dimension. The pork shank was cooked perfectly – it fell off the bone without being too greasy!
Crave is also known for their massive cakes that take up an entire tabletop – our favorite is their “Gluten Free Chocolate Cake,” It has dark chocolate ganache in between layers of chocolate cake.

I have NEVER had a bad experience there. I’ve gone with a large group of girls for a night out, with clients for lunch, and brought my loved ones for birthdays, honestly you name it!
I’m always impressed by the food, drinks, and service. If you’re looking for a great place to hang out with friends, a romantic date night, or just want to try some good food, Crave Kitchen and Bar is one of my favorites in the area!
