The newest Wienerschnitzel in Idaho is now open at 110 Shannon Drive, right on the corner of Shannon Drive and Northside Blvd. Super easy to find, and even better - there’s a drive-thru. So whether you’re grabbing dinner in your comfiest sweats or heading out for a bite after a long day, they’ve made it very convenient. You’ve got options: drive-thru, take-out, or dine in.
The Vibe
It’s fast, it’s fun, and it’s full of flavor. This place is just really good classic comfort food done right. And if you've never hear of Wienerschnitzel, here’s a fun fact: they’re the World’s Largest Hot Dog Chain, with nearly 350 locations and over 120 million hot dogs served each year. So yeah… they know what they’re doing.
What We Ordered
Sky and I went for dinner and got a little bit of everything (for research obviously). Here’s the lineup:
- A crispy golden corn dog (a non-negotiable)
- One of their new delicious Southern Bird Dogs - a hot dog meets chicken tender situation
- Bacon Ranch Chili Cheese Fries (yum)
- To top it off? A classic Tastee Freez shake, because you’re never too old for dessert
They’re known for their secret recipe chili, and I get the hype now. One bite of the Chili Cheese Dog or those fries and you’re in heaven.
They’re open seven days a week from 10 AM to 12 AM, so whether you’re craving late-night fries or an easy family dinner, you’re covered. Don't forget to check their website before you go! There are usually coupons and deals that make your visit even sweeter.
