Yesterday I tried the lunch menu at this super cute spot in Downtown Boise with my dear friend Amanda. It’s located in The Grove Hotel. I’ve only ever had brunch there so I was excited to try something new!
We had the Crispy Brussel Sprouts with a Spicy Apricot Glaze to start and they were immediately added to my top five favorites. (I’m a Brussel Sprout lover!) Then I started with their Clam Chowder which was seriously so yummy, and I lived in Seattle for two years so that’s saying something. Amanda had their American Kobe Cheeseburger that has Ballard White Cheddar, Tomato Jam on lettuce VS the Brioche Roll – she devoured it! I also decided to try their Capicola Gilled Cheese that has Manchego Cheese, Spicy Apricot Conserves on Black Rye – this was so good but I was stuffed so I brought the rest to my fiancé Skylar who LOVED it!
