- Apple Spice Old Fashion (Skylar): A cozy twist on a classic, with warm apple spice flavors that set the tone for a wonderful meal. (I am personally not a whiskey drinker but this cocktail was seriously so good, I was impressed!)

- Fontina Fondue with Artichoke and Spinach: Warm, creamy fondue served with fresh bread. Each bite was heaven.

- Homemade Lasagna: A standout dish! The bolognese sauce, made fresh daily, paired beautifully with herbed ricotta and mozzarella, all layered to perfection.
- Tri Color Tortellini: Stuffed with a dreamy blend of Ricotta, Romano, Parmesan, and Asiago cheeses. We swapped the parmesan basil sauce for their house pesto, and it was an absolute game-changer!
- Capicola, Italian Sausage, and Sopressa: A hearty, meat-lover’s delight with a variety of cured meats and cheeses, Sky loved it! (And if Skylar says the pizza is good, you know it's good.)

- Tiramisu: Creamy mascarpone layered with coffee-soaked ladyfingers. A classic, done to perfection.

Ti Amo’s story began in 1994 when Robert and Martine Castoro transformed a 1920’s home in Laguna Beach, CA, into a beloved Italian restaurant. Their vision, combined with Chef Enrique Martinez’s culinary mastery, created a trifecta of stunning design, impeccable business acumen, and extraordinary food. After 14 successful years, they brought their passion for Italian cuisine to Boise, and we’re so glad they did!
