Our favorite bar in town is not only a few minutes away, but a great place to gather with friends for drinks and conversation. Homestead Bar & Grill has incredible food, live music, enormous drinks, and over 40+ beers on tap.
Vibes + Eats
Homestead is a favorite since it’s an upscale yet casual vibe that is perfect for relaxing with friends after a long week of working. It’s a place where you can come in jeans and a t-shirt or dressed up for date night. The bar offers a full menu of great appetizers: wings, sliders, nachos, and more are always being served up with drinks.
One of my favorite parts of Homestead is the staff. They’re the friendliest folks you’ll ever meet! They are always welcoming which makes it especially nice when you’re having a rough day or just need some time to unwind with good friends and drinks.
Cocktails + Beer
The Bloody Marys and Mimosas here are perfect for brunch or a lazy Sunday morning, and Homestead has mastered the concoction of these fine drinks. The Bloody Marys are out of this world in taste, and I mean it’s no secret that we love Bloody Marys and Mimosas (who doesn’t?), so it’s hard not to be drawn in by the bar’s huge drink selection.
The drinks they serve are the largest you’ll ever see! – (i.e. the name ‘Home of the Mega‘) I love the fact that they serve their Mimosas in a large flute and when you step inside Homestead, you’ll see that the bar has over 40 different kinds of beers on tap—all perfectly chilled to your liking—which was a must-try for Skylar! The servers know their stuff pretty well and they’ll help you pick something that will go perfectly with your tastes.
