So, when is a donut more than a donut? When it’s a Guru Donut.
This last weekend my girlfriend Elaina and I got to attend the VIP Rebrand Party for Guru Donut’s Eagle Location and it was gorgeous! The newly remodeled space looks absolutely stunning with tons of natural light and an epic wall mural by the talented Dreyfus Art. It’s got a modern punk vibe with lots of seating as well as an upstairs lounge area. Guru Donuts came under new ownership in 2023 and they have done an amazing job making it theirs!
We got to try some of their new menu items as well as some signature donuts. Those items included their delicious breakfast sandwiches and avocado toast, all of which we’re incredibly fresh and super yummy. Leaning more on the health conscious side? No worries, they can make any sandwiches and toast on gluten free bread or as a salad. There are gluten free donut options as well!
Something else that's new at Guru Donuts is that they have teamed up with the local coffee shop Form and Function. Supporting two local businesses in one stop is a win win for me! Or if you're wanting something a little more bubbly, you can now get mimosas by the class or bottle.
