I try to find new places to eat and drink each weekend because Boise is growing rapidly, and so many new restaurants and bars are opening!
This past weekend, my friends and I decided to go check out this new place called Blue Bench Brunchette. It’s not far from downtown and has a cute vintage aesthetic.
@bluebench_brunchette is a quaint little breakfast and lunch spot in the heart of Downtown Boise. With exposed wood walls and a mix of industrial and antique decor, this place is sure to appeal to your inner hipster!
Blue Bench Brunchette is family owned and operated and serves breakfast, brunch, and lunch seven days a week from 7 am-2 pm (they also have a happy hour and early bird option!). The menu frequently rotates, so there’s always something new to try!
We were greeted by the friendly staff and took our seats immediately. I love trying different coffee shops and restaurants, so I knew we would be ordering several things! We started off with some coffee and an incredible display of a tree of mimosas!
I love the local sourcing of ingredients for Blue Bench’s dishes. Their menu changes periodically, but everything that I have tried has been delicious. I personally recommend the Croque Madame. It’s one of their signature items that keep customers coming back for more. It comes with cheese, bacon, and tender brisket, among other ingredients, served on toasted bread smothered in their homemade bechamel sauce!
I’m excited to go back to @bluebench_brunchette again soon because their food is just so good! Check them out, and make sure to tag me. I can’t wait to see what you try!
xoxo,
